For over 50 years, we have specialized in the forging and machining of brass and copper, offering a complete supply chain—from mold production to the packaging of the finished component.
With an in-house quality department and integrated logistics, we are the ideal manufacturing partner for those seeking reliability, high-volume capacity, and certified technical expertise.
Design & Engineering
Precision and flexibility for complex geometries.
From the initial feasibility study, we move to the design and manufacturing of all necessary tooling, including:
Molds and Dies
Ejectors
Punches
Core Pins
Matrices and Trimming Dies
Milling Tools and Fixtures/Vises for Transfer machines and Machining Centers.
Hot Forging
The product’s lifecycle begins in our cutting department. We utilize latest-generation sawing machines that ensure bar sectioning with tight tolerances; this allows us to achieve extreme precision in billet weight and, consequently, in the forged product.
Our forging department features screw presses ranging from 100 to 280 tons, enabling us to produce forgings from 10 grams to over 10 kg.
Surface finishing and cleaning of the forgings are performed in-house via steel or brass shot blasting.
Mechanical Machining
In our machining department, the forging takes its final shape. We feature a wide range of CNC machining centers (including 5-axis centers) and Transfer machines, all equipped with robotic loading/unloading and centralized chip evacuation systems.
This technological variety allows us to select the most efficient solution based on the specific shape, batch size, complexity, and required tolerances of each component.
Thermal & Galvanic Treatments, Surface Finishes, and Coatings
Based on the specific application requirements of each project, and by relying on long-standing, certified partners, we are able to offer a wide range of thermal treatments and galvanic coatings, such as:
Rack Nickel Plating, Barrel Nickel Plating, and Electroless Nickel Plating (High Phosphorus)
Chrome Plating and Brightening
Normalizing and Annealing
Pickling
Mirror Polishing
Inspection & Packaging
At Pe Giovanni, quality is not just a final stage, but a constant commitment throughout the entire supply chain. Thanks to our full batch traceability system, we monitor every production phase, from raw material to final shipment.
Our in-house Quality Department performs rigorous dimensional and visual inspections using advanced technologies, such as CNC coordinate measuring machines (CMM). We also conduct destructive testing and non-destructive testing (NDT), including liquid penetrant inspection, to certify the structural integrity of every component.
Once validated, parts move to our dedicated packaging department, where they are prepared according to customer specifications, ready for storage in our extensive warehousing facilities.
